Please note that by joining the Central PA 3rd Generation BJJ family, you gain access to and can check-in at all of our gyms!  With locations in York, Hanover, Lemoyne, Carlisle and Harrisburg, you can not only train with different people and different instructors, but you have a variety of class times to suit your needs!  Our sister-gyms' schedules can be found on the top right of the schedule by clicking on "Hanover Schedule" and choosing a different location's schedule!

Have kids?  Want to watch your kids and then train yourself?  At our Hanover location, kids classes are at 6:00 pm with adult classes at 7:00 pm.  Want to train at the same time as your kids?  At our York location we have kids and adults classes at 6:30 pm in separate rooms throughout the week!
