“I just started a month ago. It can be a little intimidating, being a middle aged woman, starting a new sport. Every one has been incredible! The instructors are phenomenal. I would highly recommend, especially to my fellow females who are looking for a challenge and/or who would like to develop self defense skills.”

“I began my BJJ journey around a year ago at the York location, and I cannot say enough good things about the instructors there! The knowledge that they possess and they way that they can breakdown even the toughest concepts is a testament to their teaching ability. Definitely think about joining the 3G family at this new location, you won’t regret it!”
